Most orders are shipped within one to five business days. No orders will be shipped on Saturday or Sunday. No tax will be charged on orders shipped to addresses outside the state of New Jersey, USA. No sales tax is charged on shipping costs. You will receive an email when a tracking number has been assigned. You can check your order status by clicking the ‘Order Tracking Link’ in the email, and entering your tracking number. Some of our products can be shipped internationally. The product description will state if international shipping is possible.
Occasionally, we must backorder an item that is out of stock.
• Unless otherwise specified, backorders may be automatically shipped by ground up to 10 days after the original order was placed. After 30 days, all backorders will be cancelled unless otherwise notified by the customer.
• Any out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder/hold and you will be sent notification via email.
• You will have the option of waiting for the item to arrive, make changes (remove the backordered item from your order) or cancel your order.
• All backorder items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available along with the rest of your order (if applicable). We do our best to remain flexible, and always keep our customers' best interests in mind.
Our products are top quality name brand merchandise. Each item is carefully inspected before it is packaged and shipped. However, we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for a returned item.
Returns must include: the original undamaged product, with ALL original carton(s), and all original packing materials. The customer may be charged a 20% restocking fee.
If you have merchandise that was damaged by the shipping company (Example: Crushed carton), please contact them. We cannot be held responsible for damage to products after they have been shipped.
If the product has a factory defect, you may return it for a full refund.
NOTE: Do not return the item directly to us. It must be returned to the factory or fulfillment center from where the product was shipped. Return Policies may vary among manufacturers and fulfillment centers. Therefore, before an item is returned for any reason, you must contact us for instructions at: email@example.com.
